terms of service

please read the terms of service carefully so that we're on the same page when you place your commission. if you submit a form and your request is accepted, i'll assume you're fully aware of the terms on this page!

  • my commissions are first come, first serve. once i accept your request, you'll have 72 hours to fill out the full form i send via email. if you don't respond in time, your spot will go to the next person. in special cases, i might give your spot back—i've got a heart, after all!

  • i have the right to decline orders i'm not comfortable working with. i will not create NSFW character sheets, or work with NSFW assets.

  • i have the rights to post the completed commission as my sample.

  • i work with both vanilla and modded characters:

  • for vanilla characters, you can either send me your unmodded MCDF file, .chara file, or meet with me on an EU/OCE data center so i can grab your character.

  • for modded characters, i require MCDF files. you'll be asked to submit these when you fill out my commission form, so be prepared to know how to create them using mare syncronos!

  • make sure your character is wearing the outfit, accessories, hairstyle, and customizations you want on the sheet! small revisions are fine, but any major changes will require additional payments.

  • a small additional fee may be charged if your character is wearing complex modded assets, such as transparent clothing.

  • to create a sheet that matches your OC perfectly, i'll need you to tell me a bit about your character. this isn't extra work for you—even a few words to describe your character would be perfect to help me get inspired and make sure the sheet truly reflects your ideas.

  • payments are done upfront in full. (payment method tbd)

  • your sheet will take a maximum of 3 weeks to be delivered, and you'll be given priority if there are any revisions you'd like me to make before completing the order. under special circumstances, i may take longer to deliver your sheet; this will be clearly communicated to ensure you're updated with my progress.
